Privacy Policy
This policy explains what SRND Enterprises collects when you use this website, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about it. It covers this website only.

What we collect
We collect information in one place only: the enquiry form on this website.
- What you type — your name, company, email address, phone number, the product and material you select, dimensions and quantity, and whatever you write in the message.
- Nothing else. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics and no visitor profiling on this site.
We never ask for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive personal information. Please do not send them.
Why we use it
To read and understand your requirement, prepare a quotation, and reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We may keep the correspondence so a repeat order can be matched to the original specification.
Technical drawings
A drawing you send us is your confidential property. We do not share it with other customers and we do not use it as an example of our work without asking you first. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending a drawing, say so by email and we will arrange one first.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that lead to an order — kept as long as we may reasonably need them to support or repeat that order.
- Enquiries that do not — kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Drawings — deleted on request at any time, and otherwise on the same schedule as the enquiry they belong to.
Who else sees it
Our email provider handles the message in order to deliver it. Where a specific job needs an external supplier — for example the vendor who supplies porous sintered media — we share only what that supplier needs, and only with your agreement. We would disclose information to a public authority only where the law requires it.
Your choices
Write to srndenterprises@yahoo.co.in and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, to delete your enquiry and any attached drawing, or to stop contacting you. We will action deletion requests and confirm when it is done.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we do not claim otherwise; if a drawing is especially sensitive, contact us first and we will agree a route that suits you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
